For most dog lovers, they want to help as many dogs as possible, especially stray ones. This is why it is difficult on the part of dog lovers to turn a blind eye on the struggles of stray dogs. Bethany Coleman sure knows this dilemma.
Bethany is home to Rogue, a rescue pooch from the Animal Rescue League of Boston. According to Bethany, she adopted Rogue because there was an instant connection between the two of them. Furthermore, Bethany felt the need to help the poor pooch.
However, Bethany did not expect that Rogue would be instrumental for her in adopting a new pooch. It was the dog who convinced his human to adopt a canine pal he met on the street. In an interview, Bethany mentioned that she no longer wants another dog. Rogue is enough for her, but it was the latter who insisted that they should adopt his newfound friend.
Rogue met this pooch named Beast when the pooch and Bethany were strolling at a local market. Incidentally, it was also the day when Last Hope K9 Rescue visited the market with their adoptable dogs. The shelter was there to introduce to people their adoptable dogs, and one of these dogs is Beast.
Rogue immediately built a good rapport with Beast because they are of the same breed. But more than this, Rogue found Beast very friendly, so he played with him for a while. Bethany saw how much the two enjoyed each other’s company.
This was the time that it hit Bethany that Rogue needs a companion inside the house. Bethany then asked the volunteers from the animal shelter if Beast is up for adoption. When she received the green light, Bethany subsequently processed the needed documents for the dog’s adoption. Bethany said that she never saw Rogue that happy before.
